CRA Associates has completed space planning and given a building cost estimate. The County continues to work with CRA Associates on building size.

2-22-2022 Topographic Survey and Boring

Court Administration Building and JB Allen Jr Courthouse Renovation – Alamance County has completed the Topographic Survey and the drawing of the site. The boring and testing of the site has also been completed. S&ME is currently doing some laboratory testing and analysis of the soil samples taken from the bores. CRA is currently in the middle of a programming exercise to help determine the number of floors/basement/square footage needed for the new administration building.
