The work to replace the HVAC controls on the first and third floors of the County Office Building was completed in May 2022. The project is complete except for components that will allow monitoring from an offsite location.

The work to replace the HVAC controls on the first and third floors of the County Office Building was started on March 31, 2022. The updates began with the installation of the wiring needed for the controls and installation the control panels. Hoffman’s sub-contractor began the installation of the new valves on the AHU’S and reheat units on April 5, 2022. During this time, Maintenance cleaned all of the coils on the reheat units. Hoffman completed the programing of the controls after the subcontractors finished the wiring and installation of the new valves. Hoffman has completed the installation of the new valves and controls with the exception of the VFD’s for the AHU’s which are on back order and have no set date for delivery date yet. Hoffman will get these installed once they received them.

HVAC Controls 1st and 3rd Floors – Hoffman is still waiting on the delivery of some of the equipment and parts needed for the job. Alerton is waiting on the delivery of the microchips needed to build the controllers and the delivery of the VFD’s. Once Hoffman receives the Controllers and VFD’s, they can get started on this project.
